Thanks for your feedback. I successfully went through both options 1 after following the instructions for adding the group policy options and 2, but with no luck. The speed tests are showing download speeds around Mbps and uploads in the Mbps range. This problem seems to have started a couple of days ago after installing the most recent Windows OS update.
Any other suggestions? We have NorthState for Internet service and the guy came out this morning to make sure there was no problem on their end. If the issue does not persist, then suggest you to perform a Clean Boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. Ask very slow download windows 10 new question. When I open Downloads folder I have to wait for the content to load seconds. When the content is loaded, it does not take so much time next time I try to open it. Other sites suggests that changing the folder optimization to “General Items” fixes the issue. Unfortunately this is not my case.
